What to expect of our Sparkling Rose?
Traditionally made this sparkling Rosé is absolutely delicious. With a beautiful strawberry hue and bright notes of strawberry and honeysuckle on the nose. Our sparkling is dry and acidic on the palate, with bright bubbles. Pairs it with brie cheese and rosemary crackers, oysters on the half shell with mignonette sauce, or all on its own.

May we suggest pairing our Sparkling with the following experiences,
