I love Thanksgiving! I love the prepping, the food, the family time, its one of my favorite holidays! On the day of Thanksgiving you can always find me in the kitchen with family pouring the champagne, playing the music and over the years we have perfected a few dishes that I really love to share for your Thanksgiving meal, this stuffed date appetizer is a new one to our line up, but will definitely become a quick favorite this year.
- 12 Medjool Dates
- Brie Cheese, sliced into small pieces
- Prosciutto, 12 strips (bacon will work well too)!
- 12 Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- Fresh Thyme leaves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove pit from dates by slicing lengthwise and pulling pit out, then place a piece of brie cheese and top with walnut. Wrap with prosciutto.
Spread dates out on baking sheet pan, leaving space between each.
Bake for 5 minutes, remove and top with honey and thyme.
