  • 6 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 Slices pineapple
  • 4 Slices bacon
  • 4 Buns of your choice

In a bowl add ground chicken, salt, ginger, sriracha, and 1 tbsp. sesame oil. Mix well and then add cilantro, mix gently until just combined.

Make into four patties.

Brush grill with remaining sesame oil, and preheat grill. Add burgers and cook for 7 minutes on medium indirect heat. Flip burgers and brush with teriyaki sauce, cook another 7 minutes.

After flipping burgers, add pineapple and bacon to grill to cook for about 5 minutes, or until pineapple has dark grill marks and bacon is cooked to your liking.

Pull patties, pineapple and burgers from grill and add buns to toast lightly.

Once buns have toasted, top with toppings of your choice! Enjoy with Pressley Vineyards Albarino and Rose.
