Happy Cinco De Mayo!

Pressley Vineyards Albarino or Rose is a necessity for any Cinco De Mayo celebration, make it extra delicious by creating a White Wine Strawberry, Lemon Sangria!

White Strawberry & Lemon Sangria

Ingredients

• 2 lemons (thinly sliced)
• 1 apple (cored and sliced)
• 1 cup strawberries (hulled and sliced lengthwise)
• 750 ml Pressley Vineyards Albarino
• 1/2 cup light rum
• 4 cups Sparkling Water
• ~5 basil leaves, torn

Instructions

• Add lemon slices to a large pitcher, then the apples and strawberries.
• Pour the wine and rum over the top.
• Cover and place in the refrigerator for 4 – 5 hours.
• Remove from refrigerator and add the sparkling water.
• Add a few pieces of the fruit to your glass and pour sangria over ice to serve.
