Celebrate Summer with Pressley Wine

Happy summer! We don’t know about you but we are loving summer of 2022! The weather is warm, the pool is open and we are here for all of it! There is no better way to celebrate summer than by enjoying Pressley Vineyards wine. Whether it’s a weekend by the pool, a trip to the beach, or a day on the boat we have the perfect wine for you to pair with your activity of choice!

We also wanted to share some ways we’re making the most of our summer and using Pressley Vineyards wine to celebrate every day.

If you’re looking to relax…

  • Get some quality time on your front porch or patio, snuggle up around a cozy fire pit and watch the sunset, with a glass of Pinot Noir
  • Take advantage of the warmer days with an easy picnic in the backyard. All you need is a blanket, some snacks, your wine of choice, may we suggest our Rose.  Need a simple appetizer idea? Try toasting up some sourdough crostini’s topped with burrata, fresh sliced peaches, a dash of salt and topped with some fresh basil!
  • Beat the summer heat with a day by the pool. Our Albarino is the perfect poolside sipper!

If you want to try something new…

  • Brush up on your BBQ skills, try a Rotisserie Pork Shoulder with Mustard BBQ Sauce. It might take a while, but some Cabernet Sauvignon helps the wait.
    • Mustard BBQ Sauce
      • 1 cup yellow mustard
      • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
      • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
      • 2 Tbls. ketchup
      • 1 Tbls. Soy Sauce
      • 1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
      • 1 Tbls. hot sauce
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Then store in the refrigerator to allow flavors to marry while your meat cooks!
