🔥 Fire up the grill and treat yourself to a Rotisserie Pork Shoulder with Mustard BBQ Sauce. It’s worth the wait—especially when paired with our bold and smooth Cabernet Sauvignon.

Here’s a quick recipe for the sauce we love:

Mustard BBQ Sauce

• 1 cup yellow mustard

• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 2 tbsp ketchup

• 1 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tbsp hot sauce

Whisk all ingredients together and let chill while the pork cooks. The flavors get better the longer it rests!
